The European countries we travel across are all rich in history and most are home to secular universities and famous art academies. Yet not all the art we gather is academic. Our finds comprehend vernacular artifacts visual and three dimensional representations on various media by self taught artists and therefore many works that can be classified as primitive art, art brut, or as it is more common to say today “outsider art”.
